How does the process work?

Water damaged interior wall

Once one of our flood damage repair experts arrives at your home or shop, we’ll start the comprehensive damage assessment. Once that is done, we will sit down with you and walk you through the restoration process. This process starts with any water extraction that may be needed.

Then we apply Anti-Microbial and anti-Mildew agents so your house does not retain more damage. We also use a three step drying process: the first drying is done with air movement and the second with our top of the line dehydration equipment. During the final restoration step we continue to monitor the drying to make sure everything dries out properly with no further issues.

We’re committed to making sure you understand the insurance process as well. We have extensive experience in dealing with insurance companies, and we are able to bill the insurance company directly. If the accident happened in your home don’t fret. We have a team of 24-hour certified technicians who have the skills required to clean up after a fire, or sewer backup. All of our crew members are experienced in both residential as well as commercial issues. We can repair soot damage, smoke damage, fire damage, all flood related damages, contamination from sewage and other problems associated with a broken sewer line. We want to help you in any way that we can. If you have a water, sewage or fire problem, please don’t hesitate to call 801-429-9645.
